Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition, with tags attached for clothing and shrink-wrap intact for vinyl, CDs, and cassettes.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Return
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
